Our independent, family-owned firm is one of the longest established Auction Houses in the South West. We are Valuers and Auctioneers of Antiques and Fine Art, Jewellery and Silver, Clocks and Watches, and much more. We provide valuations for Probate, Inheritance Tax and Family Division.
About Clevedon Salerooms
Operating since 1860, Clevedon Salerooms has deep community roots in Bristol and Somerset. Our highly experienced valuers and our knowledge of antiques sets us apart from many other auction houses.
Our friendly and approachable team can assist with all aspects of buying and selling as well as certified valuations for Probate, Inheritance Tax and Family Division. Our regulated, professional valuers are always happy to provide free sale appraisals, either from emailed images, attending our weekly valuation day, or where appropriate, by free home visit.

Every lot, in every sale, extensively illustrated and offered with live internet bidding on two sites. We hold two levels of regular auctions:
Specialist auctions (held quarterly)
Our highly successful Quarterly Specialist Sales remain a key part of our Auction Calendar, attracting international interest. These are held seasonally in March, June, September, and December, with entries closing around four weeks prior - to ensure plenty of marketing and advertising time. Marketed nationally through extensive trade and local advertising (at no extra cost), plus of course online, this sale usually attracts at least 1,000 registered bidders from the UK and overseas, and typically features items from £300 to £10,000 - and beyond…
Interiors auctions (held three weekly)
The hugely popular regular Antiques & Interiors Sales provide a source for collectors, interior designers, and the general public. One of the most consistent general auctions in the South West, due to the winning combination of location, facilities, staff expertise and quality clientele. Very few salerooms are as busy, both on valuation and sale days. All this means that, whether you are buying or selling, this is the place to come.
Clevedon Salerooms typically offer 600-800 lots per Interiors sale, including Jewellery, Watches, Silver, Collectors' Items, Paintings, as well Antique & Later Furnishings, virtually all sourced from good private houses and through house clearances.

Located 5 minutes from junction 20 of the M5, take the first exit signed Yatton B3133. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto B3133, cross over the M5 and pass through Kenn and by the village green. Continue for a further 1 mile and Clevedon Salerooms is located on the left-hand side.
